Privacy Policy

Our Minds Change ("we," "our," or "us") is owned and operated by Our Minds Change LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit ourmindschange.com, buy our music, watch or support our classes, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Your name, email address, and message when you write to us through the contact form or by email.
  • Your name, email address, and billing details when you buy an album or support a class. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives us page-view counts without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Embedded players and videos on this site are provided by ManaDromos (our own music player) and Vimeo. Vimeo may set its own cookies when you play a video; see Vimeo's privacy policy. We load Vimeo with "do not track" enabled.
  • The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook or Meta pixels, advertising trackers, or any other third-party tracking.

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver what you bought (a download link for an album, access to a class).
  • To reply to your messages.
  • To send you news about the book, music, and classes, only if you asked for it, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
  • To keep the site secure and understand, in aggregate, which pages people visit.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site, and only as needed for them to do their job:

  • Stripe for payments (see stripe.com/privacy).
  • Cloudflare for hosting, security, and analytics.
  • Resend for delivering email we send you.
  • ManaDromos (our sister site, also operated by Our Minds Change LLC) for music streaming and album delivery.
  • Vimeo for video hosting.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

4. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Embedded Vimeo videos and the Stripe checkout page may set cookies needed for them to work. You can block cookies in your browser; some embedded features may then not function.

5. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Payment details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never pass through our servers. We keep the personal information we hold to the minimum needed and restrict who can access it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send with the link in the email. Write to jason@ourmindschange.com.

7. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date.
