This website, ourmindschange.com ("Our Minds Change"), is owned and operated by Our Minds Change LLC. By visiting the site and using the information, resources, services, and products we provide ("Resources"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Responsible use and conduct

By using the site you agree to provide accurate information when asked, to access the Resources only through the means we provide, not to disrupt or interfere with the site, and not to reproduce, sell, or resell the Resources without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in loss of access and, where warranted, legal action.

2. Products and services

  • Music. Every album streams free. When you buy an album you receive a download for personal listening; the files remain our property and may not be redistributed, resold, or used in other works without permission.
  • Classes. Recorded classes are open to watch. Support payments are voluntary gifts in whatever amount you choose and are not refundable.
  • Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered (download link, streaming access, or email). If a download fails or a file is faulty, write to us and we will make it right.
  • The book and course are sold at choosetoawaken.com under that site's own terms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including poetry, lyrics, music, text, images, videos, logos, and designs, is the property of Our Minds Change LLC and Jason Dixon and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

4. Disclaimers

The teachings, practices, music, and classes on this site are offered for education, relaxation, and personal growth. They are not medical or psychological advice and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of a provider for medical concerns. Results vary and are not guaranteed. The site and all Resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Jason Dixon, DC, offers chiropractic and holistic care in person through Evolve Holistic Center; nothing on this site creates a doctor-patient relationship.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Third-party services

Payments are handled by Stripe, music streaming by ManaDromos, and video by Vimeo, each under its own terms. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
