Transform Stress into Fuel
Stress is pressure, and pressure can either run you or fuel you. In this class Jason teaches a quick nervous-system reset you can do anywhere, a way to reframe the thoughts that keep you looping, and a simple daily practice for living from your values instead of your reactions.

What you’ll learn
- Stress as pressure, not an enemy: why the goal is a better response, not a life with nothing in it.
- Reacting versus responding, and how the state of your nervous system decides which one you get.
- Strategy one, the reset. Hands cradling the back of the head, eyes held to one side, a slow in-four, hold-six, out-eight breath until a sigh or yawn arrives, then flood the body with something you love. A hand-on-heart version for when you’re in public, and a thumb-squeeze anchor you can set in a calm moment and reach for later.
- Strategy two, the reframe. Catching the looping thought, asking “do I even believe that?”, sorting what you control from what you don’t, and seeing the stressor as a calling to grow.
- Strategy three, direction. A short daily mindset practice (three gratitudes, the feeling of a big goal, one thing today that produces that feeling) and writing your personal values, vision, and mission before any business ones.
Who it’s for
People in a demanding season who want tools that work in the moment, in the car, at the desk, in the middle of a hard conversation. Nothing here removes your stressors. All of it changes who shows up to meet them.
Student-set pricing
